Task 9 - Presentation

As can be seen above, is the prototype animation. This is where I gave my puppet basic animations, and rendered it out to test my 3D animation skills. Once this prototype was done, I moved onto the main animations for my puppet, starting with walking.

Walking Animation:

The first animation I completed was the walking animation. I felt this was the easiest to do, and as such, the first I should complete. I decided to move the camera down, just to show the legs because the upper part of the body normally obscures most of the legs from a higher perspective. This camera angle allowed me to completely show the legs allowing for the full walking animation to be seen.

"The Splits" Animation:

The second animation I completed was "The Splits" animation. I decided to do this, in order to try animation the legs via rotating the Y axis opposed to the X axis of the previous animation. I used a similar camera angle for this animation to that I used for my first, however this time I placed it at the front of the puppet opposed to the side.

Wave Animation:

For my third animation, I animated my puppet to wave its upper right arm at the camera. For this animation, I positioned my camera higher up than I had placed it for my leg animations. This alo capture more of the puppet than simply the legs.

Arm Swing Animation:

For my final animation, I decided to make all of my puppets 4 arms swing from front to back. This was my final animation. While my skinning caused multiple clipping issues, I felt that due to this being the most advanced animation on this project, it was arguably my best.
